At LACN Educational Consulting Services, I partner with educators and educational organizations to build strong foundations for learning by creating safe, supportive, inclusive, and responsive environments for students of all ages, grade levels, cultures, abilities, and learning needs. When behavioral, cognitive, social, emotional, or academic challenges arise, educators may need additional knowledge, strategies, and support to respond effectively. Through professional training, coaching, consultation, and curriculum development in areas such as anti-bullying, Universal Design for Learning, inclusion, anti-bias and anti-racism, social-emotional learning, and trauma awareness, I help educators strengthen their skills, renew their confidence, and feel better prepared to help every student thrive.

I have nearly 30 years of experience teaching children from preschool through fifth grade, including children with special needs in specialized educational settings. As a former classroom teacher, I understand the responsibilities, pressures, and uncertainties educators experience while supporting diverse student needs and managing the demands of the classroom. My work is supported by a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Teaching, advanced degrees in psychology and elementary education, multiple professional certifications, and extensive experience as an educator, trainer, coach, presenter, published researcher, and subject matter expert.

Most importantly, I love humans. I genuinely want to see the best in others and help people reach their goals and full potential.
